Behind the Scenes at Roundtop, Texas

In April, we sent our very own Elle Denyer down to a long-standing antiques market in Roundtop, TX on a scouting mission. Our team is visiting again in September and we knew we needed to gain an understanding of logistics before we could execute a successful trip on behalf of Cortney McClure Design for our clients. 

Roundtop, TX is a vast complex of antique and vintage wares, art, textiles and furniture. Our team will be returning in the fall to place orders and source furniture for clients wanting truly unique and original pieces that can’t be found elsewhere- a plan is definitely needed.

Elle’s mission was to help us get answers to questions like where to stay, how to navigate the area, how to ship larger items back to Oklahoma, which vendors source the most CMD aligned wares and furniture, which vendors have minimum order requirements, and so forth.  What better person for the job than Elle?!

Elle is the CMD Studio and Sourcing Manager and our newest team member. She brought back invaluable logistics and planning information for our next visit, and we want to share her BTS pictures. Stay tuned for more Roundtop goodness after our next trip, too!
