The Collective Edit

We wrapped up the design presentation for our Miami Modern project last week, so we decided to share a little look. Our partners for this project, Esh Contracting, have made this addition/renovation a journey to look forward to - it could not be done without them! Not to mention how wonderful it is to be serving these clients again! The team at CMD could not be more thrilled!

The design concept for the project… These collages are one of our favorite steps in the design process. As time goes on they start to become office decor, but we don’t mind that a bit.

This lovely marble is another welcomed addition to our design table!

We cannot wait for this to be installed in their master bath!

With a little rose and a hint of gold from floor to ceiling, this bathroom is destined for glamour.

We couldn’t stop at one wall - it HAD to be two…

Not to be outshined by the master bath, the kitchen got a full-height backsplash too! Gold and grey tones will pair perfectly with organic elements. We’re thinking some textured wood and a few woven details.

Yet another big milestone: We wrapped up our Philson Hollow project. This one has been incredible! We refreshed the entire house with a few hard finishes, a coat of paint, and furnishings! A quick snap of the billiard room encompasses the deep character our clients were looking for. What an adventure in texture and style! Nothing about this room is generic - each piece is distinct yet complementary. We couldn’t be happier with the result!

More to come on this soon… but, for now, plans for our new build, Caney Countryside, are finalized!

Our Downtown Charm project adds another renovation to the mix! Here are a few of the proposed selections for the primary bath!

One of the most exciting parts of this job is the variety of spaces we get to transform. Each project is unique not just because of the design but because of the client. Because their journey has shaped their needs and wants, it directly informs our process. We are beyond grateful to be trusted with giving a form to that vision! Until next time…
