Designing and constructing a home is a significant investment, for many it’s the largest one they’ll make in their lifetime. It’s an emotional investment as much as a financial one; an intimate process. It’s no wonder that many of our clients become close friends as a result of our collaboration. And, like any relationship, it takes time to build trust and understand how we can best work together.

 

Extensive Design

Full-service design for a Renovation or New Construction project. Our team takes care of every detail you can imagine, including paint color and design concepts, lighting and plumbing fixtures, materials and finishes, selection of furnishings, and project management. We work alongside vendors and trades to make sure the project is designed and furnished seamlessly from concept to completion.

 

limited Design

This limited offering allows for quick design deliverables, timeline, and communication. This offering is only fitting for clients who are ready to implement and/or project manage on their own! Let us guide you in creating a designed space tailored to you - and that you'll love living in! 

 

All design fees are charged on a flat fee basis. Although the cost of construction for a project doesn’t determine the design fee, we find it’s a useful guideline in projecting the scope of work. Our fees are estimated at the start of the project based upon the potential size and complexity of the project and intended work. It’s extremely important that your budget aligns with both the square footage desired and the estimated cost per square foot to build. Some of the variance depends on the project complexity and the level of finish required.

 
 

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

  • The Essential set is a lighter and more affordable design document set that includes all the necessary drawings to build your home. This set is made for individuals who want to tackle more of the interior details.

  • The Essential Plus is a more robust drawing set that includes all the drawings included in the Essential set plus interior design drawings and more extensive detailing documents.
