This full-scale remodel was such fun! Our clients wanted to go all out with deep colors and were committed to maximizing the tremendous scale of their home. Needless to say, we were all for it!

This entry… breathtaking from every angle! From the vaulted ceiling to a peek of the living room, every layer of this entry is curated to welcome. Gone are the old-fashioned railings that cramped the staircase and dated the home; new iron railings instantly put the focus on the scale itself. Not being their primary entrance, our clients had the luxury of prizing aesthetics over functionality; so, we aimed for a tidy space without a hint of a landing zone.

This lovely paneling once featured dark brown stain that dated the room and infused a persistent heaviness. Floor-to-ceiling white paint worked instant wonders, lifting the ceiling and gaining an abundance of light.

Repurposing these desks as bookshelves and refreshing them with a contemplative green infused much-needed character into a once forgotten space. This landing is a testament to the drastic transformation that a little paint can work! The heavy, dated stain on the desks and crown molding embarrassed the space.
