Dogwood Ct

This mission style home was built in 1975 & designed by Bruce Goff mentored architect named Leverson. The clients hired my firm to design and renovate the home from top to bottom while preserving the most interesting architectural elements of the house.

This home is an entertainer’s dream. The beams, high ceilings, and architectural elements remained untouched. The home now features a more timeless appeal with a luxurious ambiance - we refreshed all the outdated finishes. By covering the walls and ceilings with a warm white, SW Marshmallow, your eye is immediately drawn up, soaking in the beauty of the incredibly high ceilings and unique roof line.

Removing the wall between the dining room and kitchen allowed for more natural light to fill the home and created a more open floor plan. The footprint is effectively the same, but the transformation is incredible. The focal point amidst the sea of white, this beautiful  island with its waterfall edge tucks the barstools barstools away, allowing plenty of function without making them a feature.
